During my recent stay at Mursalitsa By Hmg, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and cozy ambiance of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. I especially appreciated the central heating in the room, which kept us cozy throughout our stay.

Although we didn't have the chance to indulge in the spa facilities, I noticed that they were well-maintained and inviting, promising a relaxing experience for those who choose to use them.

Very near to the ski slopes, spacious room, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Clean hotel with ample parking and transportation.

Perfect location, 10 min to slopes. Warm, spacious rooms. Great SPA facilities for post-ski relaxation. Good food with daily variety. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Stefan and the receptionist. Don't miss the amazing Turkish bath and massage. A memorable stay, will return!

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the spacious and modern rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect - surrounded by trees but still within easy reach of the center of the Pamporovo ski area. The staff at this hotel are attentive and provide excellent service. They made me feel welcome and were always helpful and friendly. The basic amenities provided in the room were very important to me, as I was working during my stay. The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and productive stay.

The only minor issue I noticed was that there was no tea provided in the room. However, this was not a major problem as everything else was okay.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for spacious rooms with a beautiful forest view. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the main ski area and just a short distance from the slopes once the road is cleared. Additionally, the hotel provides a good internet connection throughout the property.

The only slight drawback was that the rooms could get a little cold at times, but it was not a major issue.

Great Location and Spacious Room

The location was fantastic, which allowed us to easily explore the city and nearby attractions. The room was also quite spacious, giving us plenty of room to move around comfortably. the amenities offered were adequate and did not disappoint.

Amazing Easter experience! The hotel had a warm and friendly atmosphere that made us feel welcome. The staff was helpful whenever we needed assistance and the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the lovely views of the mountains from our room and the easy access to the ski lifts. Plus, the cozy fireplace in the lobby area made for a great place to relax after a long day of skiing.

While we had a great stay overall, there were a few minor issues that could have been better. Our room was a bit on the small side and the internet connection was spotty at times.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. its location was absolutely perfect, being very close to the main ski area. It meant that we could easily walk to the slopes and spend more time skiing rather than commuting. Additionally, the hotel offered a free shuttle service, which was incredibly convenient and saved us time and effort.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was exceptional.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even had a spa with a sauna, steam room, and swimming pool. The treatments were amazing, and it was so relaxing. Our room was spacious, warm, and had a beautiful forest view. The internet connection was also excellent. We loved starting our day with the diverse and delicious breakfast.

Located near the ski area, our stay was an enjoyable one. We loved the cozy room which was very clean and provided beautiful views through the windows. The staff were very hospitable and ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and there were many facilities to keep us occupied after skiing.

The spa center could have been a bit bigger to cater to more guests.
